Where & Who to sell cheesecakes?
- Family, Friends, Neighbors, Church, etc.
- Remember you have to be able to pickup and deliver frozen cheesecakes
How to sell cheesecakes?
- Where your blues
- Smile & be friendly
- Use a clipboard or something to write on
- Bring CAP brochures
- Make sure you write their name, address & phone clearly
- Collect money (have checks made out to “CAP LITH Comp Squadron”)
What to say:
Hi my name is _________ and I’m a volunteer at the local Civil Air Patrol squadron. Are you familiar with the Civil Air Patrol? (We are a civilian auxiliary of the Air Force that teaches cadets about aerospace education, search & rescue and leadership skills. Have brochure handy)
Anyway, we are selling cheesecakes to raise money to fund our squadron and activities for next year and I washoping you could help me out.
These are awesome restaurant quality cheesecakes in 14 flavors and they’ll be here just in time for the holidays. (Hand brochure to look over)
- They come frozen and are pre-sliced and individually wrapped for easy serving. And they will keep for 6 months in the freezer.

Oct 27 – Deadline to submit orders (you have 2 weeks)
Nov 14 – Cheesecake pickup (Saturday at LITH Airport )
